Privacy Policy

• Photos you upload as the source for a transformation.
• The pictures the service generates for you.
• The choices you make for a job: which transformation, and the options you set.
• Job records: timestamps, job identifiers, status, and the credits a job cost.
• The title and description you write if you create a public share link.

Viswap does not run its own sign-in. You use a Noer Account, and Noer handles your email address and name, the password or the Google or Apple sign-in you chose, your Noer Credits balance, and your purchases. Viswap sees who you are only as the account a job belongs to.

Those are described in the Noer Privacy Policy, which is the authoritative document for them — including what Google and Apple send when you sign in with them, and how long it is kept. This page does not repeat it, so that there is one answer rather than two.

• To run the transformation you asked for and keep the result in your history.
• To reserve, charge and return credits, and to prevent abuse of the service.
• To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
• To answer your support requests.
• To understand reliability and improve the service.

• We do not sell your personal data.
• We do not use your uploaded photos or your results to train our own models.
• We do not show your photos or your results to other users, except through a share link you create yourself.

We use service providers to operate Viswap, and they process data only on our instructions:

• A third-party payment provider, which processes credit purchases. The applicable provider is identified at checkout.
• Cloud hosting and storage providers, for the service and your files.
• Email delivery, for account and support messages.

Some Viswap transformations run on models we host ourselves, and others on models operated by an external provider. Where a transformation uses an external provider, the photo you uploaded is transmitted to that provider to produce the result. OpenAI is the external provider we currently use for image transformation. Which route a given transformation takes is a property of that transformation, and the mix changes as we add and replace models.

Uploaded photos and generated pictures are stored on cloud infrastructure operated for DevCave Technologies L.L.C-FZ. We keep them so they stay available in your history for as long as your Noer Account exists. Deleting an individual picture from your history is not available in the app yet; deleting your Noer Account removes them from access immediately and erases the stored files shortly afterwards, as described below.

This website sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. It loads no analytics, no advertising tags and no third-party trackers, which is why it shows no cookie banner.

The Viswap app and Noer Accounts do set cookies, and they are strictly necessary ones that keep you signed in. They are listed in the Noer Cookie Policy.

You can delete your Noer Account yourself at any time — see below. For access to, or correction of, your personal data, or if you cannot reach your account, email legal@noer.tech from your account address and we will respond.

Viswap has no account of its own. You sign in with a Noer Account, and you can delete it yourself at any time from your Noer Account settings. We email a confirmation code first, so deleting it requires access to the mailbox on the account.

Deletion is ecosystem-wide and immediate: it ends your access to Viswap and to every other Noer product at the same time, and it cannot be undone. Your Viswap photos, generated results and job history stop being reachable straight away; erasing the stored files themselves runs as a background task and finishes shortly afterwards.

What Noer keeps afterwards — including the purchase and credit records it has to retain for accounting — is set out in the Noer Privacy Policy, which governs the account itself. A short summary, and what to do if you can no longer sign in, is on the public Noer account deletion page.

Viswap is not directed at children under 13, or under the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction if that is higher.

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
